Terms of Service.

These terms describe the expected use of Veltrix Core as an AI Workspace.

Use of Core

Core is provided as a connected workspace for organizing memory, thoughts, plans, tasks, projects, recipes, collections, preferences, and AI-assisted work.

Accounts & Data Ownership

Your conversations, memory, projects, and tasks are stored in your account and scoped to it. This data is not end-to-end encrypted — Core needs to process it to generate answers. Veltrix does not use your content to train AI models, sell your data, or share it across users.

Third-Party Provider Services

When you ask Core something, your request is processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) to generate answers. Live web search queries are processed by Tavily when web search is enabled. You may disable providers and web search in settings.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Core to store illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content, or to interfere with the service.
