Veltrix Core is designed around account-scoped workspace data, user controls, and explicit provider disclosures.

Your Data Stays Yours

Your conversations, memory, projects, and tasks are stored in your account and scoped to it. This data is not end-to-end encrypted — Core needs to process it to generate answers. Veltrix does not use your content to train AI models, sell your data, or share it across users.

Third-Party AI & Search Disclosures

When you ask Core something, the request is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) to generate the answer. Live web search is powered by Tavily when web search is enabled. You can disable providers, turn off web search, and turn off learning any time in settings.

Authentication & Storage

Core uses Supabase Auth for account access and Supabase database services with Row Level Security so authenticated users can access only their own workspace records.

Autonomous Learning Controls

Autonomous learning is optional. The Learning Engine derives broad topic signals from workspace activity titles only — never from message content. You can disable learning completely in settings.
